COP examines our food and drink culture and asks manifold questions which arise when studying nutritional habits and the geographical, biological, sociological and cultural as well as political, philosophical and ethical factors that influence it. The club aims at bringing
people closer to the understanding of the relationship between landscape, products and distribution. Pinpointing obvious problems to confront decision makers with gained truths and introduce better solutions and alternatives to society.
